"Helped a little, but the side effects were a lot"
I tried letshyphen for a few months, and it did help somewhat, so I can’t say it was a total miss. The doctor was upfront about possible side effects, which I appreciated, but once they actually showed up, it took longer than I expected to get straight answers.
To be fair, they did adjust my plan and things improved after that, but I still felt like I had to follow up more than I should’ve. Maybe that’s just how these kinds of treatments go sometimes, but based on my experience, it was okay rather than great. Three stars feels about right.

"Good store, but the stock was frustrating"
I usually like shopping here because it’s easy to find things and the selection is normally decent, but this time almost everything I needed was out of stock. The experience wasn’t terrible, but it was definitely annoying to leave without the stuff I came for.

"Checkout was kind of a joke"
Ordering was way more annoying than it needed to be. The checkout process felt clunky and poorly put together, like nobody bothered to test it properly. Then the shipping updates showed up late, which just made the whole thing feel even more amateur.

The site does what it’s supposed to, but it feels clunky. I had to click around more than I wanted to figure things out, which got annoying fast. It’s okay overall, but it could definitely be smoother.

I signed up, answered the health questions, and a doctor reviewed everything quickly. My prescription was sorted sooner than I expected, which was a nice surprise. "Private and easy, which I appreciated"
I tried Letshyphen when I was feeling mentally drained, so I really appreciated that the signup was simple and didn’t ask for anything that felt too nosy. The whole thing felt private enough, and I didn’t get the sense that my info was being passed around everywhere. I’m giving it 4 stars because I do wish some of the privacy details were easier to find without digging around, but overall it was a good experience and felt safe to use.

"Feels a bit too pricey for me"
I like the idea behind it, and I can see how it could be useful, but personally the monthly cost feels too high for what I’d use it for. I’d be more interested if the pricing were a little more reasonable.

"Consult was a bit hit or miss"
My visit was okay, but it felt hit or miss. The doctor seemed rushed, and some of the answers I got were kind of vague. I didn’t leave feeling totally clear on what I should do next. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it also wasn’t good enough for me to feel confident about it.

"Decent service, but the billing and verification were annoying"
The service itself was okay and the billing went through fine, but I really wish the pricing and renewal details were a lot clearer before checkout. I had to click around and dig a bit just to figure out exactly what I was paying for. Also, having to verify myself more than once was frustrating and felt unnecessary. Overall, not a bad experience, but they could definitely make the billing info more upfront and cut down on the repeated verification steps.

"Canceling Shouldn’t Be This Hard"
I tried to cancel my subscription it was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The whole process felt confusing and dragged out, and it left a really bad impression. If it’s going to be this difficult to leave, I’m seriously considering not coming back at all.

"Nice follow-up after my order"
I ordered through letshyphen.com and the follow-up was better than I expected. They checked in after my order and answered my questions in a way that didn’t make me feel like I was bothering them, which I appreciated. Weirdly, I remember I was eating cold fries when their message came in, so that detail stuck in my head.
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that one reply took a little longer than I thought it would. Still, overall I felt like they actually kept an eye on things and didn’t just leave me to figure it all out on my own.
